Ratting Roules
When in 0.0 respect these roules if you are not member of the sovereign NRDS Alliance(or get popped by some angry player):
*Respect the chaining roules
*If asked to leave by any player in the sovereign Alliance, leave at once
*Do not target anyone, he will over-react
*Allways survey the local channel, and the intel channel (if you can get acces to it)
*Set the sovereign Alliance "blue"
*allways ask in the local or intel channel if the "non blues" are neutrals or reds-while you are warping out of that location!
*when salvaging-looting something that seems abandoned...don't!
*remember to allways ask on intel channel(or a friend) -before jumping in a 0.0 system- if the gate is clear!
*never warp in 0 to a 0.0 gate if you don't have intel. Warp to 30, warp out, warp again in 0!
*When mining in 0.0 ask for fleet in local channel!Stay alligned at all time to a planet/moon/station
*NRDS means "Not Red Don't Shoot"and it's the politics the Alliance choosed for neutrals, opposed to the NBSI (Not Blue Shoot It)politics.
*If you are attacked by neutrals, call for help in the local/intel channel. The NRDS politics of an Alliance includes your protection so be gratefull for that
*A 0.0 NRDS space is much more safe than low sec (0.1-0.4)
Chaining Roules:
Battleships+Battlecruisers - kill all but 1 Battlecruiser
Battleships+Frigates - Kill Battleships only
Battlecruisers only - kill all
Battlecruisers+Frigates - kill all
1-2 Frigates only - warp out, the belt is chained by someone else
1-2 Battlecruiser only - warp out, the belt is chained by someone else
TACTICS FOR BELT NPCING(tactics for deep 0.0 ratting)
Chaining
Tactic consisting in killing all "big" ships in a spawn leaving the little ones as "seeds" for a better and faster spawn
The bounties will increase with each spawn, aswell as the spawning speed
Clearing
Kind of opposite of chaining; killing all spawns thus getting more chances for special spawns
Obs: you might get popped when clearing an already chained belt
Faction hunting
Tactic where focus is on finding special spawns. Idea is to check belts in multiple non-checked systems, and kill only special spawns.
Can be made in some agile but powerful ships like Zealot/Ishtar, or with scout/killer pair (Interceptor/Battleship, Covert_Ops/Black_Ops).
Upon finding target spawn the scout would call the killer ship to arrive.
Since there is no point to check a system someone has already checked, faction hunting is effective only:
* Soon after the reset of downtime
* On systems constantly ratted by non-friends (ISK farmers etc), with some 50% reduced chances due farming.
Farming
Obsolete tactique(clearing/chaining one single belt until you get rich), does not work as far as i know
